摘 要:加速溶剂萃取是近年来提出的一种新的样品前处理方法,它在传统提取方法的基础上,通过高温高压提高了萃取效率,缩短了萃取时间,减少了萃取溶剂的暴露,同时减少了萃取溶剂的用量,在环境、食品等领域得到了广泛的应用,在农药的提取方面显得尤为突出。近年来一些研究者对其提取条件的优化使方法的提取效率进一步提高,也使得加速溶剂萃取有了更加广泛的应用前景。本文就加速溶剂萃取的原理及应用做一个简单的综述。Accelerated Solvent Extraction is a new sample pretreatment method put forward in recent years.Based on traditional methods,it improved extraction efficiency,shortened extraction time,reduced the exposure of extracted solvent,and reduced the dosage of the extraction solvent with high temperature and high pressure.It has been widely used in environment,food and other fields,especially pesticides.In recent years,some researchers optimized the extraction condition so as to make further improvement in extraction efficiency and make the method more widely used.The principal and applications of Accelerated Solvent Extraction are detailed reviewed in this paper.
