摘　　要：目的对唐山市近年来布鲁菌病病例进行流行病学调查与分析,为布鲁菌病防治提供理论依据。方法收集近年来布鲁菌病疫情资料,对全市布鲁菌病病例进行线索调查,对2002～2010年布鲁菌病病例进行回顾性调查与分析。结果2002～2010年全市布鲁菌病疫情主要分布于12个县(市)区,共有新发病人237例。结论唐山市疫情以散发为主,疫情回升态势明显,职业特征明确,以男性为主,无明显季节性差异。OBJECTIVE To analyze current epidemiological of Brucellosis in Tangshan,and provide scientific evidence for formulation of relevant prevention and control measures.METHODS The incidence rate of the Brucellosis were collected.The clue of Brucellosis was explored.The epidemic informations of Brucellosis fever from 2004 to 2008 were investigated and analyzed.RESULTS The Brucellosis in Tangshan are located in 12 counties,and a total of 237 cases were found from 2004 to 2008.CONCLUSION The epidemic situation of Tangshan showed diffuse,and the incidence of Brucellosis showed increased trend,and main cases were male,and there is no obvious seasonal difference.
