高龄食管癌、贲门癌的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄管癌、贲门癌的手术治疗行失。方法选择2003年3月～2008年4月来某院行高龄食管癌手术患者39例,观察术后并发症。结果 18例出现不同程度的术后并发症,占46.15%(18/39),其中肺部感染、心律失常多见,分别发生5例(27.78%)、8例(44.44%)。结论对高龄食管癌患者行手术治疗,要重视术前评估,尤其是心肺功能;术中控制手术范围和手术时间,术后控制补液量,尽量实施肠内营养。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of operation treatment for advanced age esophagus cancer and cardiac cancer.METHODS From March 2003 to April 2008,39 patients with advanced age esophagus cancer were taken surgery,and we observed the complications of these patients.RESULTS 18 cases showed varying degrees of postoperative complications,accounted for 46.15%（18/39）,5 patients had pulmonary infection（27.78%）and 8 cases had cardiac arrhythmia（44.44%）.CONCLUSION Attention should be paid to preoperative evaluation for advanced age esophagus cancer,especially for the cardiopulmonary function.It is necessary to control operation range and the operation time,postoperative control of infusion volume and try to carry out enteral nutrition.
