微波治疗对CNP患者血清和前列腺液中IL-8的影响

摘　　要：目的观察微波治疗对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CNP)患者前列腺液和血清中IL-8的影响。方法对68例CNP患者实施微波治疗,用双抗夹心ELISA法测定68例CNP患者治疗前后前列腺液和血清中IL-8的含量,并且以32例健康男性作为对照。利用统计软件SPSS对实验数据进行统计学分析。结果治疗前CNP组前列腺液和血清中IL-8水平明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗后,CNP组前列腺液和血清中IL-8水平较治疗前明显降低(P﹤0.05)。结论微波治疗能降低CNP患者前列腺液和血清中IL-8的水平,减轻前列腺炎症反应,为临床物理治疗提供理论依据。OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of microwaves on IL-8 in serum and prostatic fluid in Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis（CNP）.METHODS The IL-8 in serum and prostatic fluid in 68 cases of Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis（CNP）before and after microwaves treatment were determined by ELISA douber antibody sandwich,and 32 cases with healthy males were used as controls.RESULTS Compared with control group,the levels of IL-8 in serum and prostatic fluid were obviously higher before microwaves treatment（P﹤0.05）.The IL-8 in the serum and prostatic fluid was significantly lower after microwaves treatment（P﹤0.05）.CONCLUSION Microwaves treatment could reduced the levels of IL-8 in serum and prostatic fluid in Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis and inflammatory response,which could provide a theory basis for clinical physical therapy.
