摘　　要：中央银行是发行的银行，银行的银行，政府的银行。它集中存款准备金，充当最后贷款人，制定和实施一国的货币政策。央行的分支机构是其执行货币政策的重要环节，本文通过对其分支机构履行职能过程中各种内外因素加以综合分析，研究其执行货币政策的有效性，并提出建设性的意见。Central bank is regarded as the bank ot issue,the bank ot bank and the government s bank as well.With all the deposit reserve form commercial banks, it plays the role of the lender of last resort, making and carrying out monetary policy at the same time. As important parts of the process, its branches ate of great importance.By smdyzing all the involving factors, the paper aims to come up with posaldve suggestiong for the run, re development of central bank and its branches.
