摘　　要：[目的]了解太原市某水泥厂作业场所存在的职业病危害,为加强职业卫生防范措施提供科学依据。[方法]2011年7月对太原市某水泥厂作业场所的粉尘浓度、噪声强度、高温作业气象条件等进行检测与评价。[结果]某水泥厂作业场所产生的职业病危害因素是粉尘和噪声。作业岗位空气中总尘的时间加权浓度(TWA)、短时间接触浓度(STEL)、最大值包装岗位、装车岗位、熟料运输岗位超过国家卫生标准限值,微机操作岗位未超过限值;熟料运送岗位、包装岗位、装车岗位、水泥运输岗位的噪声8h等效声级超过国家标准限值,配料岗位未超过限值。[结论]装车、包装、燃料运输岗位空气中粉尘总尘浓度不合格,微机操作岗位合格。噪声强度配料岗位合格,包装、装车、水泥运输、熟料运送岗位均不合格。[Objective]To understand the occupational hazards at a cement plant workplace in Taiyuan city, so as to provide scientific basis for strengthening occupational hazards protective measures. [Methods]The occupational hazards of dust concentration, noise intensity, high temperature weather conditions, etc. were detected and evaluated in July, 2011. [Results]Dust and noise were the occupational hazards of the cement plant. As compared with the national health standards limit,time-weighted average concentration（TWA） of total dust and short-term exposure limits（STEL） were higher in packing,loading,clinker transportation post,and not higher in microcomputer operating post. Noise 8 hours of equivalent sound level was higher in clinker transportation, packing, loading, cement transportation post, and not higher in ingredient post. [Conclusion]Total dust concentration is unqualified in ＇loading, packing, clinker transportation post, and is qualified in microcomputer operating post. Noise intensity is qualified in ingredient post, and is unqualified in packing, loading, cement transporting,clinker transportation post.
