热毒宁注射液辅助治疗重症肺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察热毒宁注射液治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法 64例重症肺炎患者随机分为治疗组(33例)、对照组(31例)。两组患者均常规给予抗生素、化痰、扩张气道及营养支持治疗,必要时行无创或有创性机械辅助通气或血管活性药物治疗。治疗组在上述常规治疗基础上予热毒宁注射液20 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静滴,1次/d。疗程为7～10 d。结果治疗后,两组体温(T)、呼吸频率(RR)、氧分压(PaO2)、氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)等均明显改善。治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为90.90%、70.96%(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液辅助治疗重症肺炎疗效良好,可降低死亡率,且安全性高。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of reduning injection treatment for severe pneumoni- a. Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 33 ） and control group （ n = 31 ）. All the pa- tients were given conventional treatment, and reduning injection was added to treatment group, once daily. The treatment period was 7 - 10 d. Results The temperature, RR, PaO2 and oxygenation index of the two groups were improved sig- nificantly after treatment. The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 90. 90% and 70. 96% re- spectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Adjuvant therapy of reduning injection is good and safe, and it can reduce mortali- ty for treating severe pneumonia.
