摘 要:基于一种新型单层井壁结构,利用数值计算方法,对变温度、变弹性模量、变约束条件的井壁温度和膨胀应力场进行了深入研究,结果表明,加入膨胀剂的新型井壁径向在浇筑全程中均处于受压状态,井壁径向不会开裂;采用微膨胀混凝土能在井壁竖向产生最大约1.59 MPa的压应力,有效防止了井壁温度裂缝的形成;温度拉应力仅出现在距井壁表面100 mm左右,拉伸裂缝属于浅表裂缝,且井壁内缘的竖向配筋将有助于抑制水平裂缝的出现;微膨胀混凝土可以在井壁环向最大提供2.8 MPa的环向压应力,使井壁在环向始终受压.研究结果对于单层井壁的设计与施工具有重要的指导意义.Based on a new type of monolayer shaft lining structure, numerical calculation method was used to in-depth study the temperature and expansion stress field in shaft lining of variable temperature, variable elastic modulus, variable constraints. The findings indicated that the new type of shaft' lining which is added with expansion agent in the pouring process is in a compressive state, shaft lining radial will not crack. In shaft lining vertical produces a maximum of about 1.59 MPa compressive stress when using slight-expansion concrete, effectively prevent the formation of the temperature cracks in the shaft lining. Temperature stress only appears in the shaft lining surface from about 100 ram,tensile fracture belongs to the superficial cracks, and the vertical reinforcement on the inner edge of the shaft lining will contribute to the inhibition of horizontal fracture. Slight-expansion concrete can provide a maximum 2.8 MPa circumferential compression stress in the lining ring, making the shaft lining always under compression in the lining ring. The results have important guiding significance in the design and construction of monolayer shaft.
