摘　　要：曹尔堪是清初词坛的一位具有代表性的作家。借鉴可获得的文献资料,考辨其家世、生平事迹及文学活动。重点考论"奏销案"对他产生的影响以及他在清初重要的三次词坛唱和活动中的作为与地位,以供研究者参考。Cao Er - kan is a representative writer in the early Qing Dynasty. Through some literature materials that can be acquired, this paper researches his family background, life story and literary activities, and emphasizes on the impact of the ＂Zouxiao case＂ that gave on him as well as his accomplishments and position in the three important writing and replying activities in the early Qing Dynasty in order to offer references for the researchers.
