摘　　要：通过文献资料法、归纳法,对东西方文化内涵及体育管理文化背景进行分析,找到了东西方文化在体育管理中的融合途径,重点探析"人"的因素在体育管理中的作用。Through material study and induction,the paper analyzes meaning of culture and culture background of sports management in eastern and western,gets the way to fuse culture of eastern and western in sports management,analyzes the factors of persons how to work in sports management.
