摘 要:选用乙二醇、三乙醇胺和三异丙醇胺做助磨剂,在相同掺加量下,分别将水泥试样粉磨20min、30min、40min、50min、60min,通过分析粉体的颗粒形貌、比表面积、45μm筛余、粒度分布和强度,探讨了各助磨剂对水泥的助磨作用。结果表明:助磨剂使水泥颗粒的形貌发生改变,同时三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺对水泥粒度分布产生有利影响。Substances containing ethylene glycol, triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine have been used as grinding aids. The cement samples, which mixed with same dosage of grinding aids, were grinded for 20min, 30min, 40min, 50min and 60rain respectively. By means of analysis of granule morphology, specific surface area, 45μ m sieve residue, particle size distribution and strength of these samples, the grinding aids effect has been studied. The result showed that the granule morphology of cement was changed by the adding of grinding aids. The triethanolamine and triisopropanolamine had a favorable impact on the cement particle size distribution.
