平喘汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病血清IL-8、ET-1的影响

摘　　要：目的研究平喘汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期白细胞介素_8（IL-8）、内皮素-1（ET-1）的影响。方法选择2007年6月至2011年6月慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者90例，均为稳定期。分为对照组30例，采用常规治疗；观察组60例，采用常规治疗加用平喘汤。疗程均为4周。分别观察两组治疗前后血清IL-8、ET-1水平。结果①两组治疗后血清IL-8、ET-1水平均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；②治疗组治疗后血清IL．8、ET-1水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论平喘汤可以抑制COPD患者血清IL-8、ET-1的释放，可能有一定的肺保护和治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effects of pingchuantang on interleukin-8 （IL-8） and endothelin-1 （ET） in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Ninty patients with COPD from June 2007 to June 2011 were enrolled. They were all in stable stage. They were divided into two groups,the control group were treated with conventional theraphy （n = 30）and the treatment group were treated with conventional and pingchuantang therapy （n = 60）. The treatment course as four months. The serum levels of IL-8,ET-1 before and after treatment in two groups were observed. Results The serum levels of IL-8, ET-1 in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment. There were sig- nificant differences （P 〈 0. 05）. ②In treatment group with pingchuantang, the serum levels of IL-8, ET-1 after treatment were lower than those of control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Pingchuantang can inhibit the serum releasing levels of IL-8,ET-1 of patients with COPD, and may have protecting and therapeutic functions.
