自体干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的围术期护理

摘　　要：目的总结自体干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的围术期护理体会。方法回顾性分析48例糖尿病足患者进行自体干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的围术期护理过程，总结护理经验。结果48例患者都能积极配合手术并顺利完成，术后无手术并发症和严重不良反应。1周后44例（92．1％）患者的下肢千细胞移植后对冷、麻、痛总的主观评价有改善；2周后42例患者踝肱血压比值）和下肢跨皮氧分压有不同程度改善，2例患者3周后有改善，4例无改善，改善率为91．7％。19例足溃疡患者中15例1．5-4．0个月愈合，4例1个月后截肢。结论良好的围术期护理为自体千细胞移植在临床广泛开展提供了有力支持。Objective To summarize the experience in perioperative nursing of diabetic foot treated with autologous stem cell transplantation. Methods The clinical data and process of periopera- tire nursing of 48 patients with diabetic foot treated with autologous stem cell transplantation was retro- spectively analyzed, and the nursing experience was summarized. Results All the 48 patients accepted surgery successfully without complications or severe adverse reactions. Forty-four （92. 1% ） patients felt better in the sensation of cold, numbness and pain after 1 week. ABI and transcutaneous oxygen pressure of lower limb of 42 patients were improved in different degree after 2 weeks, 2 patients were improved af- ter 3 weeks, and 4 patients were not improved, the improvement rate was 91.7%. There were 19 pa- tients with foot ulcer, and 15 of them healed after l. 5 -4.0 months, 4 patients were amputated after 1 month. Conclusions The technology of autologous stem cell transplantation becomes more and more ma- ture in treating diabetic foot, and high-quality perioperative nursing provides powerful support in the clin- ical application.
