摘  要:研究某一国产对位芳纶和Kevlar49纤维热力学性能。通过电镜对两种纤维的形貌进行了观察,并由红外光谱和黏度检测计算其聚合度,比较分子结构的差异,同时测试对比了两种对位芳纶纤维热力学性能。研究表明:两种纤维横截面均为几何圆形,化学结构成分也相同。国产对位芳纶纤维的分子量和聚合度均低于Kevlar49纤维。热力学性能试验表明:Kevlar49纤维具有更好的力学性能。认为:要提高国产对位芳纶纤维的力学性能必须提高其聚合度。Microthermodynamic property of one kind of domestic PPTA and Kevlar49 fiber were researched. Mor- phology of the two kinds of fiber were observed by scanning electron microscope, the degree of polymerization were calcu- lated through infrared spectrum and viscosity test. Differences in molecular structure were contrasted. Mierothermody- namie property of the two PPTA fibers were tested and contrasted. The research shows that cross section of the two fibers are geometric circular, the chemical structure and ingredients of the two fibers are same. Domestic PPTA fiber molecular weight and polymerization degree are lower than that of Kevlar49 fiber. The mierothermodynamic property test shows that mechanical property of Kevlar49 fiber is better. It is considered that mechanical property of domestic PPTA fiber should be increased by improving its polymerization degree.
