摘 要:探讨热处理对PBT/PET复合长丝强伸性和卷曲性的影响。测试了沸水和干热处理前后PBT/PET并列复合长丝束和单丝的强伸性能及单丝的初始模量和卷曲功。试验结果表明:PBT/PET复合长丝束和单丝经热处理后的断裂强度均降低,断裂伸长率均明显提高,卷曲性均得到改善。指出:PBT/PET复合长丝束和单丝在热处理过程中大分子的解取向占主导作用,且沸水处理的效果优于干热处理。Influence of heat treatment on PBT/PET composite filament crimping and tensile property was dis- cussed. Tensile properties of PBT/PET parallel composite multifilament and monofilament before and after boiling water treatment and dry heat treatment, initial modulus and crimping power of the monofilament are tested. The test result shows that after heat treatment,breaking strengths of PBT/PET composite multifilament and monofilament are reduced, breaking elongation rates are increased obviously, crimping properties are improved. It is pointed out that leading role of the composite multifilament and monofilament in heat treatment is macromolecules disorder, effect of boiling water treat- ment is better than that of dry heat treatment.
