摘  要:探讨Softwarm纤维混纺涡流针织纱的生产工艺。根据纤维的性能特点,通过原料预处理,合理配置前纺工艺,优选涡流纺牵伸倍数、罗拉隔距、集棉器规格、纺纱速度、喷嘴型号、纺锭型号、喷嘴压力等工艺参数,成功纺制出5种不同原料及混纺比的涡流针织纱。认为:这些涡流纱能够较好地满足不同类型和风格织物的要求,拓宽了Softwarm纤维的应用范围。Processing of Softwarm fiber blended vortex knitting yarn was discussed. According to Softwarm fiber property, raw material was pre-treated, processing in fore-spinning were selected rationally. Processing data were opti- mized including draft multiple, roller gauge, condenser characteristic, spinning speed, nozzle type, n^zzle pressure and spindle model. Blended vortex knitting yarns with five different raw materials and blending ratio were spun. It is consid- ered that the vortex yarn can reach demands of different type and style fabric. Range of Softwarm fiber application can be extended.
