摘 要:研究玄武岩长丝的上浆工艺。选用PVA、磷酸酯淀粉和固体丙烯酸酯混和浆液对玄武岩长丝进行了上浆试验,测试了浆后玄武岩长丝的耐磨性能。试验结果表明:PVA、磷酸酯淀粉和固体丙烯酸酯的配比为3∶2∶1.4、浆液浓度为8.5%、上浆温度为70℃时,浆纱耐磨性能较理想,织造时经纱断头大幅度减少,织造顺利,玄武岩长丝可织性得到提高。指出:玄武岩长丝上浆要点在于增强长丝耐磨性,加强长丝集束性。Sizing processing of basalt filament was studied. PVA,phosphate starch and solid acrylic blending sizing mixture was used to size basalt filament. Wear resistance of sized basalt filament was tested. The test result shows that the sized yarn wear resistance is better, breakages are less in weaving, weavability of basalt filament can be improved when the blending ratio of PVA, phosphate starch and solid acrylic is 3 : 2 : 1.4, sizing concentration is 8.5 % , sizing temperature is 70 ℃. It is pointed out that key points of sizing basalt filament are increasing basalt filament wear resist- ance and condensing filament.
