摘　　要：生长发育迟缓为青少年原发性甲状腺功能减退症（甲减）并垂体增生的常见临床表现，此报道3例以生长发育迟缓为首诊原因的青少年原发性甲减并垂体增生病例，分析其临床和影像学特征；探讨左甲状腺素小剂量起始，短时间内增加到治疗剂量方案的疗效及安全性。The growth retardation is a common clinical manifestation in primary hypothyroidism-as- sociated pituitary hyperplasia （PHAPH） during adolescents. Three PHAPH cases manifested with the growth retardation were reported. Their clinical and imaging features were analyzed. The efficacy and safety of the regimen with small starting dose of levothyroxine and short time increasing to a therapeutic dosage were inves-tigated.
