成人肺炎支原体感染120例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨成人支原体肺炎的临床特点及干预效果。方法:分析120例支原体肺炎患者的临床资料,分析成人肺炎支原体感染的诊治要点,采用随机、双盲、自愿的原则将患者分为观察组(70例)及对照组(50例),对照组采用阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,观察组患者采用阿奇霉素序贯治疗,比较两种治疗方法的临床疗效及药物不良反应。结果:成人肺炎支原体感染以发热、咳嗽、咽痛、头痛、少痰为主,严重时可出现肝损害、湿疹等肺外改变,在本组资料中两组患者临床总有效比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组患者药物不良反应少,与对照组患者比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:成人支原体肺炎临床表现复杂,阿奇霉素序贯治疗有效,且安全经济,值得临床推广。Objective：Clinical characteristics and intervention effect on adults with mycoplasma pneumonia infection were discussed in this paper.Methods：The clinical data of 120 cases with mycoplasma pneumonia infection,receiving a treatment in Panyu Hospital of Chinese Medicine,were retrospectively analyzed.Key points of diagnosing and treating adults with mycoplasma pneumonia infection were analyzed.120 cases were divided into observation group（70 cases） and control group（50 cases） according to random,double-blind and voluntary principles.Intravenous drip of azithromycin was applied in control group;azithromycin sequential therapy was used in observation group.Then,the clinical curative effects and adverse drug reactions on the cases of two groups were observed.Results：It was found that adults with mycoplasma pneumonia infection were mainly characterized with fever,cough,sore throat,headache and little phlegm,and also suffered extra-pulmonary changes such as hepatic involvement and eczema.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate（P〉0.05）,but observation group had less adverse drug reactions than control group and this difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical manifestations of adults with mycoplasma pneumonia infection are complex;the azithromycin sequential therapy is not only effective in treating these cases,but also safe and economic.Therefore,it is worth applying in the clinical area.
