摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对尿毒症不安腿患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院2009年6月至2010年12月收治的尿毒症并发不安腿的60例患者，按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上加强睡眠护理和心理护理，比较2组患者的心理状况、睡眠状况和生活质量。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁心理的改善显著优于对照组；观察组的睡眠时间和失眠例数2个指标显著优于对照组；观察组的各项生活质量评分显著优于对照组。结论护理干预有利于缓解尿毒症不安腿患者的不良心理，改善睡眠，提高生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life of uremic patients with restless legs. Methods 60 uremic patients with restless legs in our hospital from June 2009 to December 2010 were divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 patients in each group according to the nursing method. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given strengthening sleep nursing and psychological care on the basis of the control group. The psychological status, sleep status and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The psychological improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group, sleep time and insomnia proportion in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the score of life quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group. Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve adverse psychological state in uremic patients with restless legs, improve sleep quality and quality of life.
