摘 要:多点进水和多重回流成为提高活性污泥工艺去除污染物能力的常用方法,这导致活性污泥工艺流程较为复杂。对工艺进行模拟计算时,由于模拟池体数量比实际池体数量更多,流量平衡较为困难。根据工艺流程特征提出了主流线、副流线等概念,结合流量分配比、循环流量等参数,利用二维表进行流量平衡计算,简捷明了,便于检验,大大提高了进行流量平衡的准确性和效率。As a usual method to enhance pollutants removal ability of activated sludge process (ASP), multi-site feeding and multiple flow returning lead to more complicated technological flow. When ASP is simula- ted, flowrates balancing becomes difficult since the module reactors are more than the real ones in number. Con- cepts such as main flow line and accessory one are put forward based on the character of technological flow. It is simple and clear to balance flowrates via bivariate table supported by parameters namely fiowrate distribution ratio and recycling flow so that the accuracy and efficiency of flowrates balancing are improved greatly.
