星状神经节阻滞治疗妊高征效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察星状神经节阻滞(SGB)治疗妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)的临床效果。方法将100例妊高征患者随机分成两组,分别经SGB和硫酸镁治疗,观察治疗前后血压、蛋白尿、水肿等症状是否得到控制及改善,从而比较这两种治疗法的有效率及对母婴的不良影响。结果 SGB组的治疗有效率及对母婴的不良影响均明显优于硫酸镁组。结论 SGB既能有效控制并改善妊高征的各种临床症状,又能减少母婴的并发症,保证了胎儿安全顺利娩出,与常规硫酸镁组相比,SGB创伤小,副作用少,操作简便,且大大降低了医疗费用,减轻了患者的经济负担,为临床治疗妊高征提供了一种更安全、更有效、更理想的新方法。Objective To study the effects of stellate ganglion block （SGB） on the treatment of gestational hypertensitive syndrome （GHS）. Methods 100 women with GHS were divided randomly into two groups. Group one was treated with SGB and the other with Magnesium sulfate. Analysis if the symptoms such as hypertension, albuminuria and edema were controlled and the degrees of the changing. The two methods were different dramatically in terms of the cure rate and the bad effect to the gestation and the infant. Results The cure rate and the bad effect to the gestation and the infant of the SGB group was found clearly excellent compared with the Magnesium sulfate group. Conclusion Not only SGB can control and ameliorate the symptoms of the GHS, but also it can decrease the syndrome of the gestation and the infant. So it guarantee the progress of the labor. Compared with the Magnesium sulfate group, it is a minor injure, simple operation and effective method for the treatment of GHS and should be popularized. The method of SGB brings a new approach to the treatment of GHS in clinic.
