双骨汤对中老年骨关节炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双骨汤治疗中老年骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择21例膝骨性关节炎患者为治疗组,连续服用双骨汤,另选取21例健康者为对照组,比较两组临床总有效率及检测尿环磷酸酰酸胺CTX-Ⅱ和尿肌酐的变化。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率为90.47%,与治疗前(52.38%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者尿CTX-Ⅱ检测值明显升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双骨汤能改善患者的临床症状和膝关节功能,可缓解膝关节软骨破坏,具有治疗作用。Objective To discuss the clinical efficiency of Shuanggu Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoarthritis. Methods 21 osteoarthritis patients were selected as treatment group, who were given Shuanggu Decoction, another 21 healthy people were selected as control group. The clinical therapy and the change of the urine Cyclophosphamide CTX-II and urine creatinine were compared. Results The total effective rate was 90.47% after therapy, it had statistical significance compared with before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The urine CTX- II of treatment group was increased significantly, there was significant difference when compared with that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shuanggu Decoction has the efficiency on alleviating the clinical symptoms, it can improve the function of knee and release the lesion of articular cartilage of osteoarthritis patients.
