摘　　要：用 SOS/ Umu原位监测法对危险品货站空气中致突变物质进行监测 ,结果表明个别场所空气中含有致突变物质 ,通过试验对 SOS/ Umu原位监测法进行了分析 ,探讨并提出了 SOS/Mutagens in air at dangerous station were mornitored with SOS/Umu Genotoxic in situ assay. It showed that the air in certain site contains mutagens. The results were analyzed and the advantages,defects and influencing factors of the assay were pointed out.
