摘 要:为了探讨用 2 -乙氧基乙酸 ( Ethoxy-acetic acid,EAA)作为生物标志物评估 2 -乙氧基乙醇 ( Ethoxyethanol,EE)作业工人的总接触水平的可行性 ,用 3M个体徽章式采样器对感光版制版作业工人进行空气监测。用气相色谱法测定工人呼吸带中 EE蒸气的含量及尿中代谢产物 EAA的浓度。结果表明 :工人经呼吸道接触 EE的时间加权平均浓度 CTWA与班后尿 EAA浓度显著相关。经皮肤和呼吸道两个途径接触 EE的工人尿中In order to study the applicability of using 2\|ethoxyacetic acid (EAA) as a biomarker to evaluate the total exposure level of workers exposed to 2\|ethoxyethanol (EE),the exposure level of workers engaged in photosensitive plate manufacture was monitored by 3M personal badge. Concentrations of EE in breathing zone of workers and concentrations of EAA in urine are determined by gas chromatographic (GC). The results indicate that there is good linear correlation between the time\|weighted average (TWA) concentrations of EE vapor and concentrations of EAA in urine. The concentrations of EAA in workers exposed to EE via skin and respiratory tract are higher than that in workers exposed to EE via respiratory tract. Biomonitoring is a practical method which can be used evaluating the biological effective dose of people exposed to EE.
