摘　　要：随着经济社会的飞速发展,油气企业在经营方式与理念上逐步国际化,迫切需要推进企业管理创新的。分析了新形势下油气企业管理面临的诸多挑战,提出了企业管理创新的基本思路,并从管理创新环境、主体、动力、组织、关键业务流程、战略规划、知识管理和绩效评估8个方面构筑了油气企业管理创新体系。In recent years,with rapidly development of national economy,operation mode and concepts of domestic oil and gas enterprises has been gradually toward internationalization,which increase the urgency to promote management innovation of enterprise.In view of the above mentioned facts,facing challenges in front of the oil and gas enterprises,basic ideas of implementing management innovation in the enterprises are put forward and then a management innovation system consist of eight parts of environment,subject,motivation,organization,key business process,strategic planning,knowledge management and performance assessment is established
