摘　　要：目的通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析构建孕妇心理压力源模型。方法采用定性方法搜集指标,问卷调查进行数据收集,SPSS13.0和AMOS7.0软件进行统计分析。结果孕妇心理压力源模型包含6个维度,分别为:形体变化、胎儿健康、孕产恐惧、分娩安全、工作生活和家庭因素。结论因子分析结果提示,构建的模型较为稳定、具有良好拟合度、孕妇心理压力源模型构建较为合理。Objective Building a model of maternal psychological stressors by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Methods Collecting indicators by qualitative methods,self-designed questionnaire for data collection,and using SPSS13. 0 and AMOS7. 0 software for statistical analysis. Results The model of maternal psychological stressors include six dimensions： physique changes,fetal health,pregnancy and childbirth fear,childbirth safety,work life and family factors. Conclusion Factor analysis results suggest a model is a more stable,with good fit, and more reasonable.
