摘　　要：2011年10月本实验室对14家实验动物单位的实验用鼠进行了病理学抽检。主要内容是对实验动物的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、大肠和小肠进行取材,通过甲醛固定,石蜡切片HE染色、冰冻切片油红O染色、PAS染色等方法对实验用鼠的健康状况进行鉴定。结果显示,绝大多数实验用鼠为健康状态,而非健康动物主要以肝脏脂肪变性和轻度肺脏病变为主。这可能与饲养环境和饲料有关,通过加强饲养管理可以使这种情况得到改善。In October 2011,the health survey for experimental mice from 14 units was carried out in Beijing.The specimens we took from the experimental animals were mainly hearts,livers,spleens,lungs,kidneys,small intestines and large intestines.Specimens were immediately fixed by formalin.HE staining sections,PAS staining sections,oil red O staining frozen sections were observed under light microscope.The results showed that most of the experimental mice were healthy.Hepatic steatosis and mild lung lesions are the two main lesions which affect the health of laboratory animals.The reason for the main lesions may be related to the feed and the environment,so we can improve the management to ameliorate the health status
