摘　　要：我们将PDCA循环应用于输血管理,在医疗机构输血管理组织的配置和职能、以及制定科学合理的临床用血、执行输血技术规范、输血治疗的知情告知、血液的出入库管理、输血室内和室间质量控制等方面,均取得了比较满意的效果。We used PDCA cycle method in blood transfusions management, which showed good effects in improving the configuration and function of medical institutions in blood transfusions management organization and in making standards in scientific and rational clinical blood use, implementing blood transfusion technical specifications, blood transfusion treatment informing, the management while entering and exiting the blood bank and within-ward and inter-ward quality control.
