摘  要:对未变质处理和经B、Ti、Zr变质处理的二元Zn Al合金 (w(Al)为 2 8.4% )的晶粒度与力学性能之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明 ,高铝锌合金的铸态塑韧性与其晶粒度没有明显的联系。断口显微分析、X射线衍射分析和微区能谱分析的结果表明 ,B、Ti。The relations between the grain size and the mechanical properties of high aluminum cast ZAalloys (w(Al) =28.4%) with/without B, Ti and Zr were statistically analyzed. It is showed that there isn't any notable interrelationship between the grain size and the ductility of the alloy. The microstructure, Xray diffraction and microprobe analyses for the fracture surfaces of the alloy were carried out. The results indicated that the remarkable increase of the ductility of ascast high aluminum ZA alloy modified with B, Ti and Zr is attributed to the elimination of interdendrite porosity and the lessening of dendritic segregation of preeutectic aluminumrich phase.
