摘　　要：随着高校信息化建设的迅猛发展,整个校园网运维难度也在不断地加大。因此校园网管理部门需采取新的方法以适应高校对校园网服务的更高要求。基于此剖析了ITIL理论,将ITIL理论应用到高校校园网运维体系,使高校校园网的运行与维护体系进入规范化、流程化的新阶段。As the rapid development of university information technology ,the difficulty of the university network operation and maintenance are constantly increasing, so the departments of university network management need to adopt a new technique that can adapt to the higher demand. The paper analyzes the theory of ITIL and uses the ITIL theory to the university network operation and maintenance system and makes the university network operation and maintenance system into standardized and process-oriented.
