摘　　要：目的:为我国制定儿童基本药物目录提供参考。方法:查阅世界卫生组织(WHO)网站,介绍《WHO儿童基本药物示范目录》的发展历程。结果与结论:我国应借鉴WHO制定《WHO儿童基本药物示范目录》的标准和方法,应对儿童这一特殊用药群体进行细致的年龄段划分,并明确规定药物剂型与规格,制定适合我国儿童流行病和临床需求的儿童基本药物目录,以促进我国儿童安全、合理、方便地用药。OBJECTIVE： To provide advices of the formulation of a China＇s Model List of Essential Medicines for children. METHODS： Search the website of WHO, and introduce the progress of the WHO EMLc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： China ought to draw lessons from the standards and methods of establishing the WHO EMLc to develop the China＇ s EMLc appropriate for the epidemic diseases and clinical needs of Chinese children, aiming to promote safe, reasonable and convenient use of drug among our children. The catalog of the China＇s EMLc have to divide groups by detailed age for children who are the special popula- tion of using medicines, and clearly define the drug dosage forms and drug specifications.
