摘 要:以6年生竹材为研究对象,分别采用160℃、180℃、200℃的温度对竹材进行4h热处理,检测热处理前后竹材的物理力学性能。结果表明:热处理后竹材的平衡含水率、气干密度、全干密度、干缩性随热处理温度的升高均呈下降趋势,热处理竹材的大部分力学性能也呈下降趋势。与未处理竹材相比,在使用环境相同的条件下,200℃热处理竹材的静曲强度下降了30.09%,抗弯弹性模量提高了13.60%,顺纹抗压强度下降了1.30%,顺纹抗拉强度下降了58.98%。由此表明,热处理温度对竹材的物理力学性能影响显著。With 6-year-old bamboo as the research object, physical and mechanical properties of bamboo before and after heat treatment for four hours at different temperatures of 160℃,180℃ and 200℃ are detected. The results show that: the EMC, air-dry density and oven-dry density and dry shrinkage of bamboo decrease with the increase in heat treatment temperature; meanwhile, the main mechanical properties of bamboo also shows a downward trend. Compared with untreated bambood wood, under the operating environment conditions, the MOR of the bamboo treated at 200℃ drops by 30.09%, MOE increases by 13.60%, compression strength parallel to the grain decreases by 1.30% and tensile strength parallel to the grain decreases by 58.98% respectively, which indicates that that heat treatment temperature has noticeable effect on the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo.
