摘　　要：高校学风建设指标设计应遵循科学性、系统性、定性和定量相结合的原则,为此,构建包括学校组织保障、学生学习风气、学校学风氛围、学风建设效果四个一级指标在内的评价指标体系,并采用主成分分析对A大学10个学院学风建设进行综合评价,最后提出提升高校学风建设的对策思考。University style construction indicators design should followed scientific,and systemic,and qualitative and quantitative phase combination of principles,for this,building including school organization guarantees,and students learning culture,and school style atmosphere,and style construction effect four a level indicators of evaluation indicators system,and used main components analysis on a,University 10 a college style construction for integrated evaluation,last made upgrade University style construction of countermeasures thinking.
