摘  要:对某含钼、钒碳质页岩型铀矿石开展铀、钼、钒综合提取工艺试验。研究结果表明:该铀矿石属于难浸出的多金属矿石,直接采用硫酸或碳酸钠浸出时,均不能实现铀、钼、钒的综合提取;采用加压酸浸或拌酸熟化搅拌浸出时,矿石中铀、钼、钒3种元素均可获得比较满意的浸出效果,渣中铀品位可降至0.01%左右,钼品位可降至0.02%以下,钒的浸出率达50%以上。The processing technologies for extracting uranium and molybdenum and vanadium from a carbonaceous shale type uranium ore which contains vanadium and molybdenum were studied. The research results show that the ore is a polymetal associated uranium ore difficult to leaching. Uranium and molybdenum and vanadium in the ore were not synchronously extracted by H2SO4 or Na2CO3 leaching directly. With high-pressure leaching or acid curing, the contents of uranium and molybdenum in the residue were reduced to 0. 01; and 0. 02% respectively, and the vanadium leaching rate was over 50%.
