摘  要:通过不同的烘茧工艺对雄蚕品种蚕茧茧质影响的对比试验,提出有益保全雄蚕品种蚕茧茧质的烘茧工艺:采用二次干燥法,铺茧量4.8kg/㎡-5.5kg/㎡;头冲烘茧温度以100℃为适,头冲出灶时间以定时为主(2h),辅以蛹体干燥程度检验来确定。二冲采用变温法,出灶时间以蛹体干燥程度检验为主,以计时作参考(3h),同时注意控制好排湿量。Comparative experiments were carried on with different cocoon drying methods. And the method that can effectively save the quality of male silkworm cocoons was described as follows: the secondary drying method was chosen; the amount of spreading cocoon was set as 4.8 kg/m^2-5.5kg/m^2; the temperature of primary drying was set as 100 ℃, and the time before taking out was set as 2 hours, determined by drying degree of silkworm pupas finally. The temperature varying method was used during the secondary drying, and the time before taking out was mostly decided by drying degree of silkworm pupas, taking the time of 3 hours as a reference. Dehumidification degree should also be controlled.
