摘  要:从泵组高效运行的角度,对配置小流量水泵及气压水罐的变频调速恒压供水系统进行特性分析,给出了小流量工况点,即变频调速恒压供水与气压给水分界点的确定方法。根据该点相关参数和水气压给水理论,计算确定小流量水泵及气压水罐。并通过实例分析得出:小流量水泵的额定流量为主泵额定流量的1/4~1/3,额定扬程为主泵额定扬程的80%~90%。系统中设备均在高效区内工作,达到了节能降耗的目的。The characteristics of frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system equipped with small flow pump and pneumatic tank were analyzed in terms of the efficient operation of the pump set. The operating point which was a dividing point between frequency conversion constant pressure water supply and pneumatic water supply was put forward. According to the parameters of this point and the theory of pneumatic water supply, the types of small flow pump and pneumatic tank were determined. Moreover, through analysis of actual cases, it was concluded that the rated flow of small flow pump was 1/4 to 1/3 of the rated flow of main pump, and the rated head was 80% to 90% of the rated head of main pump. All the equipments of the system operated in high efficiency zone, and the purpose of energy saving was achieved.
