摘 要:以重庆国奥村住宅区内天然湖泊水质保持及资源化利用项目为例,介绍了绿色住宅区水资源综合利用的方案设计。项目的特色在于对所有可利用水资源的水质水量进行了充分分析,包括可利用的江水、雨水、生活污水及邻近自来水厂的生产废水。通过水量平衡分析,初选三种水资源综合利用方案,进一步进行投资估算和经济效益分析,最终确定了以雨水和生活污水为原水的最佳水资源综合利用方案,以实现该住宅区湖水水质水量保障和无市政供水用于室外杂用,充分体现绿色住宅区节水、减排的可持续发展理念。该方案设计可为我国绿色住宅区的废水资源化利用提供借鉴。Taking the water quality conservation and utilization project of natural lake in residential area of Chongqing Olympic Village as an example, the design of the comprehensive utilization scheme of water resource in green residential areas was introduced. The feature of the project is the sufficient analysis about the water quality and quantity of all the available water resource, including fiver water, rainwater, domestic sewage and production wastewater from a water supply plant nearby the residential area. Through the water balance calculation and analysis, three primary schemes were selected. The further analysis about investment estimation and economic benefits confirmed that rainwater and domestic sewage were optimal to realize the quality and quantity security of the lake water and the using of outdoor miscellaneous water without municipal water supply. It could reflect fully the concept of sustainable development in green residential areas with the water conservation and carbon emission reduction technology. The scheme design provides a reference for utilization of wastewater resource in green residential areas in China.
