摘　　要：目的应用HPLC法建立复方替硝唑溶液中替硝唑含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,流动相:0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(pH=3.5)-甲醇(80∶20),柱温:35℃,流速:1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:310 nm。结果替硝唑线性回归方程为Y=20.466 X+2.5733,r=1(n=6);样品平均回收率为101.34%,RSD为1.04%。结论本法操作方便,定量准确,适合该制剂的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of tinidazole content in compound tinidazole solution using HPLC.Methods HPLC was used with the mobile phase composed of 0.05 mol · L-1 potassium dihyogen phosphate（pH=3.5）-methanol（80∶ 20） at the detection wavelength of 310 nm.Results The linear regression equation of tinidazole was Y=20.466X＋2.5733,r=1（n=6）.The average recovery of samples was 101.34%,RSD=1.04%.Coclusion HPLC method is user-friendly,quantitatively accurate and suitable for content determination.
