摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定治伤软膏中苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法采用Kromasil KR100-5 C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-磷酸三乙胺溶液(取0.1%磷酸溶液,用三乙胺调节pH值至7.6)(22∶78)为流动相,流速为1 ml·min-1,检测波长为210 nm。结果苦参碱的线性范围为0.1248～2.496μg,回归方程为Y=1905.1 X-239 03,r=0.9999;平均回收率为98.79%,RSD为1.6%(n=9)。结论该方法结果准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于治伤软膏的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of matrine in Zhishang Ointment by HPLC.Methods Kromasil KR100-5 C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and phosphoric acid-triethylamine（0.1% phosphoric acid adjusted to pH 7.6 with triethylamine）（22∶ 78）.The flow rate was 1 ml · min-1.The detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results A good linear correlation of matrine was observed within the range of 0.1248-2.495 μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.79% with an RSD of 1.6%（n=9）.Conclution This method is accurate,sensitive and repeatable,so it can be used for quality control of Zhishang ointment.
