摘　　要：提出了MasterCAM X3中的通用后置处理文件所生成的程序现状的7个问题,然后针对这些问题在MasterCAM X3的通用后置处理文件中逐项修改,解决了西门子802D数控系统数控程序的生成问题,避免程序在人为改动过程中出现的错误,减少了安全事故发生的几率,同时又提高了生产效率。In this paper, ask seven questions of the program status that generated by MasterCAM X3 common post-processing files generated, and then address these issues in MasterCAM X3 common post-processing file, one by one change to address the Siemens 802D CNC system CNC program generation problems and avoid man-made changes in the process of program errors, reducing the risk of security incidents, while improving the production efficiency.
