营养支持疗法在ICU重症患者治疗中效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肠内营养支持对ICU重症患者治疗的临床疗效。方法将96例ICU患者随机分成观察组(48例)和对照组(48例),观察组在常规治疗的基础上联合营养支持治疗,按需求给予补充能量、维生素及矿物质,而对照组仅常规留置胃管进行营养支持,对两组营养状态进行评估、观察相关营养指标。结果观察组中营养良好者为35例,占72.92%;营养不良者10例;营养低下者3例。对照组营养良好者为21例,占43.75%;营养不良者20例;营养低下者7例。两组营养支持后,观察组患者的营养良好者所占比例优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,观察组患者MNA、ALB增加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在BMI、HBG比较,观察组则显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对重症ICU患者予以营养支持治疗,可有效改善患者营养状态,增加体重。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the nutritional support for ICU patients. Methods 80 cases of ICU patients were randomly divided into observation group （48 cases）and the control group （48eases）,the control group receive droutine antibiotics, oxygen therapy and symptomatic treatment correcting acid; and on the basis of routine treatment, the observation group also received nutrition support, according to needs to supplement energy, vitamins and minerals. Results In the observation group of good nutrition was 35 cases, accounting for 72.92%; malnutrition in 10 cases; poor nutrition in 3 cases. The control group of good nutrition was 21 cases, accounting for 43.75%; malnutrition under nutrition in 20cases; Two groups of nutritional support after the observation group, patients with good nutrition proportion than those in the control group, the difference has statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Compared with the control group, the observation group in patients with MNA, ALB increased significantly statistical significance （P〈0.05）; in BMI, HBG comparison, observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion ICU patients with severe conventional therapy are added nutritional support, can increase the plasma protein concentration, Increase body mass, thereby enhancing the therapeutic effect of cardiopulmonary failure.
