83例腰椎间盘突出症椎间盘的组织学观察

摘　　要：目的 :通过对腰椎间盘突出症手术切除椎间盘的组织学观察 ,探讨腰椎间盘突出症的组织学特征。方法 :83例手术切除的椎间盘组织按照常规石蜡切片程序制片 ,HE染色和AB(pH 2 .5 )_PAS染色 ,光镜观察。结果 :所有椎间盘之髓核均不同程度存在 5种病变 :原纤维性变和玻璃样变 ,泡状变性 ,坏死 ,裂隙形成及脊索细胞残留。结论 :上述Objective:By means of systematic observation of removed specimens from 83 patients with lumbar prolapsed intervertebral disc(LPID),to explore their histological features.Methods:All specimens were done acording to ordinary paraffin section method,and hematoxylin_eosin(HE),AB(pH 2.5)_PAS staining.Results:There were 5 lesions in varying degrees in all LPID:① fibrillation and hyaline degeneration;②vesicular degeneration;③ necrosis;④rift formation;⑤ notochordral cell rest. Conclusion:The above_lishted 5 lesions may be considered as basic histological features of LPID.
