摘　　要：目的探讨"手术安全核对表"在手术患者中实践效果及护理体会。方法统计分析我院应用"手术安全核对表"半年以来,在1000例手术中发现护理隐患、缺陷及处理情况。结果无一例发生手术患者及手术部位错误。结论 "手术安全核对表"的应用和确认,增强了医护人员的风险防范意思,提高了工作效率,最大限度确保了手术患者的安全。Objective Explore the practice effect and nursing experience of the ＂Operation safety checklist＂ among surgery patients.Methods Statistic and analyze nursing hidden troubles and defects and the treatments of them in the application of our ＂Operation safety checklist＂ during more than six months in the 1000 cases.Results Finally there is no surgery patients or the surgical site mistake.Conclusion The application and confirmation of ＂Operation safety checklist＂ strengthened the risk prevention awareness of medical staff,raised the working efficiency,and maximum guaranteed the safety of surgery patients.
