摘 要:基于离散优化原理,结合汽轮机背压修正曲线、凝汽器变工况计算和循环水泵性能试验数据进行循环水系统优化;建立了真空泵吸气室压力与凝汽器抽气口压力的关系模型;给出了考虑真空泵工作水温度后的国产330MW机组循环水系统优化运行目标值,结果显示受真空泵工作水温的影响,循环水系统优化运行模式切换(1机1泵切换到2机3泵运行)对应的负荷会变化增大,而且随着工作水温的升高,切换负荷增大幅度也越大。Based on the discrete optimization theory and combined with the steam turbine back pressure fixed curve, condenser variable condition calculation and the data of circulating water pump performance test, the optimized operation of circulating water system was calculated; This paper deduced the relationship between the vacuum pump chamber pressure and the condenser bleeding point pressure ; Considering the limit of working water temperature, the paper recounted the optimized operation of the circulating water system of a 330MW unit, result shows that the working water temperature has big influence to the optimized operation target of the circulating water system, when the circulating water pump combinations from 1 turbine 1 pump switch to 2 turbines 3 pumps running, the corresponding load of optimized operation mode will increase, and as the working water temperature increase, the greater range of switch load increased.
