八珍汤对红细胞生成素影响的动物实验研究

摘　　要：为探讨经典名方八珍汤补血养血的作用机理 ,采用动物实验观察其对血清红细胞生成素 (EPO)及EPO样生长因子的影响。结果显示 :八珍汤能显著提高正常小鼠和大鼠的血清EPO水平 (P均 <0 .0 0 1 ) ,能显著促进正常和血虚大鼠脾条件培养液中EPO样生长因子的生成 (P均 <0 .0 0 1 )。提示八珍汤补血养血的作用机理与其能促进EPO及EPO样生长因子的分泌产生有关。In the investigation of the functional mechanism in tonifying blood and nourishing blood in “Eight Treasures Decoction”,a classic formula,experimental method in animal was used to observe its influence on erythropoietin (EPO) and erythropoietin like growth factor.The results showed that “Eight Treasures Decoction” could remarkably enhance the serum EPO level in the normal mice and rats ( P <0.001) and could obviously promote the formation of EPO like growth factor in the conditional culture fluid of the spleen from the normal and blood deficiency rats ( P <0.001),indicating that the functional mechanism of “Eight Treasures Decoction” in tonifying blood and nourishing blood is related to its ability to promote EPO secretion and to promote the formation of EPO like growth factor.
