三维正脊牵引为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察三维正脊牵引为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:A组63例行三维正脊牵引,B组57例行间断骨盆牵引,两组同时配合中药西药、针灸、推拿、电脑中频治疗,治疗2个月。结果:显效率A组82.54%,B组64.91%,两组比较有显著性差异(χ2=4.85,P<0.05)。结论:三维正脊牵引为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果较好。Objective：To investigate the three - dimensional spine therapy and intermittent pelvic traction therapy for Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical Comparative study. Methods ：63 cases in group A patients with LDH three -dimensional spine traction therapy, group B in 57 LDH patients line broken pelvis traction therapy. At the same time in 120 LDH patients combined with western medicine and traditional Chinese medi- cine, acupuncture, massage, computerized intermediate frequency therapy. After more than 2 months follow -up. Results：in A group, B group showed significant efficiency82.54% , the efficiency of 64.91% , ~2 = 4.85, P 〈 0.05, with significant difference. Two groups of the total efficiency of no difference. Conclusion ： three - dimensional spine traction therapy for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in the markedly effective rate was 82.54% ,better than the control group. Both have significant difference.
