摘　　要：通过概述网络信息自由的含义、表现类型,分析了网络信息自由带来的法律难题,总结出加强网络经营者、新闻媒介和新闻从业人员、普通网络用户等网络主体的道德自律的重要意义及途径。The legal problem resulted from network information freedom was analyzed by summarizing the meanings of network information freedom and its manifestation. The signifieances and ways of the enhancement of moral self- discipline for network subjects such as network operators, media, journalists and public internet users were also disused.
