摘　　要：随着电子资源在高校图书馆的普及和推广,其服务质量的相关研究得到了学术界的关注。本文综合从技术和服务营销两个角度出发,对电子资源服务质量的影响因素进行研究。通过回顾相关文献及对东北师范大学图书馆电子资源用户的问卷调查,对获得的数据进行探索性因子分析探讨电子资源服务质量的影响因素,从而提出有针对性的改进策略。With the popularization and promotion of the electronic resources in university library, the academic concerning turn to the relevant researches of the service quality This essay is based on relevant documents about the service quality of electronic resources from both technology and service marketing prospecfives. By carrying out a questionnaire survey among electronic resources users at the Northeast Normal University library and exploring the influencing factors of the electronic resources＇ service quality by using Exploratory Factor Analysis, and then came up with targeted improvement strategies.
