摘 要:制造装备资源感知与接入是云制造物理资源虚拟化的关键。从制造装备状态感知、物联与面向云制造服务平台的接入适配三个方面进行阐述,分析特点,探讨关键技术,提出亟待解决的问题。分析了光纤光栅传感技术对制造装备资源感知的重要性及主要研究内容;探讨了制造装备物联的异构融合体系及装备资源融合接入方法和装置;从信息融合、描述与检索和资源服务发布三个方面研究了装备资源面向云制造服务平台的接入适配技术。以实现典型制造装备资源感知与接入适配为例,阐述其原型系统、感知与物联实现技术,以及面向云制造服务平台的接入适配方法。Perception and access adaptation of Manufacturing Equipments (ME) is the key of physical resource virtualization in cloud manufacturing. Three aspects which included condition perception of manufacturing equipments, internet of things and access adaptation of Cloud Manufacturing(CM)service platform were elaborated to analyze the characteristics and to in- vestigate the related technologies. The problerns to be solved were proposed, such as the main research contents and impor- tance of fiber grating sensing technology for ME perception were analyzed; the heterogeneous integration system and inte- gration access methods as well as devices of equipment resources were discussed; the access of ME resource to cloud manu- facturing service platform was investigated based on three areas included information fusion, description and retrieval and services publicatior~ Taking the realization of intelligence perception and access adaptation for typical manufacturing equip- ment resources as example, the prototype system, the perception of ME resources and the realization of intemet of things in manufacturing as well as the access adaptation method to CM service platform were illustrated.
